Upcoming HTC Ville C
Just a few days ago, the Taiwanese phone maker outed the affordable Desire C, among the first smartphones announced after the company said that it will stop pumping out phone after phone in quick succession. So far in 2012, HTC has certainly restrained itself slightly on handset launches. In addition to the One V, One S and One X as well as the Droid Incredible 4G LTE, a new phone called the Ville C has also been leaked.
Instead of donning the lightning fast quad-core processor like HTC One X’s, the Ville C will stick to the dual-core configuration. Clocked at 1.2GHz and supported by 1GB of RAM, the HTC Ville C should be considered a mid-range model. The spec should make the Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) and Sense 4.5 UI quite snappy. Visuals of the HTC Ville C are shown on the 4.3” qHD AMOLED display. On the rear, there’s an 8Mp rear-facing camera with LED flash, autofocus and back-illuminated sensor. Just like other One smartphone, the HTC Ville C will be equipped with the image-enhancer ImageSense chip.
