Samsung S390G Review
The Samsung S390G looks rather ordinary with its 166 grams weight and 12mm thickness. The phone sports a tiny 2.4” display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution. The 262k color depth and 167 ppi pixel density are nothing to proud of as graphic elements looks grainy. The Samsung S390G offers a standby time of 470 hours and a talk time of 8 hours from the tiny 1000mAh battery. The 520MHz single core processor looks a bit disappointing with its low performance capability. The 2Mp rear-facing camera lacks LED flash and autofocus, but it comes with some useful software-based features such as frames, panorama, digital zoom and smile detection.
The phone can only take VGA clips, which is useful only for quick recording outdoor. Available connectivity options are WiFi and Bluetooth, but sadly no microUSB port. The low pixel density and slow processor can be a deal breaker for some while the lack of ambient light sensor and 3.5 headphone jack may make the even less attractive.
