Samsung Galaxy S4 Version With Snapdragon 800 Processor Breaks A New Benchmark Record
It’s a well known fact that the Galaxy S4 is among the most powerful smartphone in the industry. Now, the company seeks to prove that it can enhance its flagship even further with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip. Recently unveiled benchmark results of a Galaxy S4 variant with Qualcomm’s latest mobile processor show that the phone easily smashes earlier records.
With a score of 31,491 points on AnTuTu benchmarking tool, the Samsung Galaxy S4 snatches the pole position. It’s also interesting to see that the Snapdragon 800 model also tops the variant running Samsung’s homegrown Exynos 5 Octa 8-core processor, which scored slightly lower at 31,127 points.
For quite some time, we have been hearing about a faster version of Galaxy S4 that will be equipped with the Snapdragon 800 processor and word is around that it will be released soon in South Korea. Other devices to be powered by the same processor would be the LG Optimus G2, HTC One Max and Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
