Nokia Lumia 510 Review
Another Nokia Lumia model is coming out of hiding and the Lumia 510 seems to be a decent handset in the entry-level category. With a 4” WVGA display, the Lumia 510 convincingly beats the Lumia 610, with its smaller 3.7” display. Both use the same 5Mp camera with VGA video recording and autofocus. Photography enthusiasts may appreciate the 28mm wide angle focal length and f/2.4 aperture.
The phone is powered by an 800MHz Cortex-A5 processor, 256MB of RAM and an enhanced form of Adreno 200 GPU. The hardware configuration could be considered as disappointing in the Android community, but Windows Phone 7.5 is known to run smoothly on phones with less advanced specs. One potential deal-breaker is the non-expandable 4GB of onboard storage, which could restrict multimedia lovers. But luckily, the free 7GB of space on SkyDrive cloud service might help, but this is only workable if you have fast and reliable Internet access. Both phones don’t support NFC, but Nokia released the Lumia 610 NFC for Orange.
