Motorola Will Release RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD
Motorola is preparing to release two handsets, RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD. According to recent reports, both will make their way to shelves later this year, possibly on October. These phones seem to have roughly similar features sets, except for MAXX HD’s larger battery (330mAh), compared to RAZR HD’s 1780mAh unit. The original RAZR MAXX is noticeably thicker than other RAZR models and this leads us to expect that the RAZR MAXX HD would also be similarly thicker.
We have seen RAZR HD’s images leaked online recently and it might eventually go on to become the newest flagship in Motorola’s lineup. Going by the images, the device shares plenty of similarities with the Motorola Atrix HD. Cited sources tell us that both phones will feature a 720p display and a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, which should run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) adequately. Other rumors said that these phones will come with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) instead and this difference alone will set both phones apart from most of the competition.
