Images of Sony LT25 Tsubasa are Released
Some Android device manufacturers simply flood the market with many different models and see what sticks. Samsung has some success with this approach and Sony also continues to release various handsets. A new smartphone called Sony LT25 “Tsubasa”, which could be a sibling of the Sony Xperia S (LT26), has been leaked online. Previously on Wednesday, new images of the LT30p also appeared.
Even if current Android seems to be crowded with various devices, the LT25 Tsubasa may still hold its own. Benchmark data peg Tsubasa with a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor and an HD 720p display. As some room is reserved for ICS’s onscreen button, the display reportedly has 1196×720 resolution. Since we know that the Tsubasa boasts an Adreno 225 GPU, it is likely that the processor is based on the MSM8960 SoC
Apart from the international version of the phone (LT25i), there could be four other variants; Sony LT25c for China Telecom, SOL21 for Japan’s KDDI, SO-01E for NTT DoCoMo and LT25h, the HSPA-only version for international market.
