Huawei Will Release Two Windows Phone 8 Models
The Windows Phone community is turning hot with the release of the version 8 of the OS. Nokia and HTC have released their devices, followed soon by Samsung. In the meantime, Huawei is closing in with the plan for the release of the Ascend W1 and Ascend W2.
The Huawei Ascend W1 may have 4″ WVGA display, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Krait dual-core processor, 512 of RAM, Adreno 225 GPU, 2000 mAh battery, 5Mp rear-facing camera and 4GB of onboard storage. The phone may eventually take on comparable rivals including the HTC 8X and Lumia 820.
The Huawei Ascend W1 would be the premium, flagship model with more powerful features, including 4.5” display, fast dual-core processor, 8Mp rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1GB of RAM. Based on the information gathered from the leaked picture, the Ascend W2 may also have 4G LTE data connection.
