An Image of Sony C530X HuaShan Leaked for The First Time
We have heard since weeks ago that Sony could be working the HuaShan, a mid-range smartphone, which is an improvement over the earlier Xperia T. A screenshot recently appeared and it shows the HuaShan with Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2) OS on its display. Visually, the phone looks rather plain with its steel-gray matte back.
The Sony C530X “HuaShan” with its dual-core Krait processor would have found itself designated as a high-end, flagship model in 2010; but in today’s quad-core era, it needs to settle in the mid-range category. Despite its mid-range lineage, Sony doesn’t want to skim on too many features.
This isn’t our first encounter with the HuaShan, as the phone previously appears on the GLBenchmark result. Benchmark data showed that it features a 720p display of unknown size, 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960T “Krait” dual-core processor, Adreno 320 GPU and 4G LTE connectivity. Last year, 5Mp image purportedly taken using the HuaShan was also uploaded to Picasa.
